The Operations Technology Recruiting team is looking for a Sourcing Recruiter to support a growing Group which is a part of a larger global technology recruiting team.
This team is responsible for technical hiring in North America and focuses on roles in multiple Amazon sites.
This role will focus on Senior Software Development Engineers.
As a Recruiter for this team you will lead and mentor recruiters, cultivate talent sourcing channels, develop relationships with hiring managers and close searches against aggressive deadlines.
This role will also require resource management of both internal and external sourcing partners.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
