Summary:
This position will provide end-user technology support for Allegiance Mobile Health locations.
It includes supporting technology such as computers, monitors, printers, phones, accessories and other equipment.
Troubleshooting includes, but not limited to, Microsoft Tenant and Operating Systems/Applications, along with many other external and internal built systems, applications and equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUITES AND
Responsibilities:
(Responsibilities include, but not limited to) Troubleshoot and resolve end user issues.
Repair, configure, and maintain Toughbook's.
Computer builds, repair, and troubleshoot (PC hardware, printers, copiers).
Computer Deployments - deploy computers to end users and ensure all applications and data is transferred to the computer.
Support requests via our ticketing and tracking systems.
Repair, configure, and maintain push to talk, desk, soft, and iPhones.
Configure and maintain phone accounts (features, lines, PTT groups) with multiple carriers.
Support region utilizing remote desktop, remote computer control mechanisms and some travel.
Able to document and manage equipment inventory Special assignments and other work-related duties as required by management.
Provide on call or weekend support when necessary.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Up to 25% travel with occasional overnights.
Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Broad knowledge of Windows Tenant and Operating Systems Hardware configuration/set up skills - able to deploy new equipment and wipe used equipment Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Demonstrated skills in clear communication and presentation.
Superior analytical and customer service minded communication skills.
High degree of professionalism when interacting with both internal and external customers.
WORK CONDITIONS:
Sitting for extended periods of time.
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools and handle other computer components.
Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects up to 75 pounds, such as computers and peripherals.
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Associates Degree and/or 3-5 years knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems.
Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and insurable with our carrier.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
