The Complex includes Astound Broadband Stadium, Momentum Bank Ball Park, Coterra Pavilion, and the Auxiliary Sports Fields.
Works to prepare and oversee contracts, including those with Midland ISD and The Midland Rockhounds.
The Manager is responsible for:
Hiring, supervising, and coordinating staffPlanning, managing, and marketing programs, events, and facilitiesManaging contract preparations and monitoring work of contractorsAssisting in preparation and monitoring budgetsInteracting with supervisors, other agencies, visitors, and citizens Must be able to prepare and administer operating and capital improvement budgetsThe Sports Complex position works under direct supervision of the Community Service DirectorMust be able to prepare and monitor operating and capital improvement budgetsJob Type:
