Responsible for the administration, operation, and maintenance of the Water Reclamation Facility and the Effluent Water Disposal Farms divisions of the City's Utility Department.
This includes the City's Water Reclamation Facility, and the Sludge Disposal Plant Farm and the Spraberry Effluent Disposal Farm.
Reports to the Director of Utilities.
Manages the day-to-day operations of the Wastewater Treatment and Disposal Facilities.
BUDGETARY
Responsibilities:
Prepares budget for the Division for submission to the Utilities Director.
Monitors and tracks all expenditures during the fiscal year.
