DOE Description As a Presentation Specialist, you will work with Technology Services (TS) leadership team to translate information into compelling, well communicated designs and slide layouts.
The presentations will convey the message and engage the audience by possibly incorporating audio, animations and graphical elements.
Responsibilities Create high-quality presentation materials, typically MS PowerPoint, based on raw information or drafts provided by TS Leadership Update existing presentation materials to effectively communicate complex concepts and messages Translate numerical and other data into easy-to-understand visuals, simplifying content to aid comprehension and impact Practice excellent attention to detail, ensuring errors or omissions are eliminated or minimized Maintain visual consistency across all materials created and updated, aligning with client brand guidelines Collaborate and train the Project Managers to design engaging presentations to communicate TS project updates Qualifications Required Skills and Abilities:
High level proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe, Photoshop and other designer tools Expert at creating graphic content for PowerPoint slides using Excel charts Ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization.
Foundational Skills:
Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills Comfortable working in a team environment and with cross-functional teams Ability to work creatively in a team and independently Enjoy a fast-paced and challenging work atmosphere Key Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college/university 3-5 years of experience in presentation design Prior project management experience and certifications are optional, but preferred Preferred Education, Experience and Skills Formal education or certification in Presentation Designs Transportation industry experience Available on-siteAbout the Company:
