HRIS/Delivery Manager

We are seeking a HRIS/Delivery Manager to join the HR Operations team. This individual will support the Human Resources team by leading projects, gathering and translating business requirements, proactively researching and recommending system and process improvements, and designing and delivering system training.
Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders during implementation processes and system updates
Serve as a project manager on HR technology implementations and updates
Provide support for escalated technical problem resolution
Partner with internal and external teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Prioritize and manage change requests made across HR technology platforms
Lead user acceptance testing during system launches and upgrades
Ensure integrity and accuracy of data maintained in HR systems, making recommendations for change to support this when necessary
Improve the end user experience within our HR systems
Develop training plans and deliver training relating to HR systems
Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related areas or equivalent related experience
3-5 years of experience supporting HR systems including troubleshooting issues, UAT and new implementations
2+ years of experience leading HR projects
Experience in an HR support role with general knowledge of HR practices and process
Experience supporting enterprise HR systems such as PeopleSoft, Taleo, Cornerstone, Workday, etc.
Proficiency with Windows based PC environment including MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
High initiative and sense of ownership with strong customer focus
Analytical and problem resolution skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
