Mgr, Customer Business Development - HEB

1. Lead and manage HEB Customer
+ Understanding customer:
+ Organizational structure, key processes & objectives
+ Key contacts and roles/responsibilities of team resources
+ Processes, tools and resources and how to leverage them
+ Understands the information needed by the internal and external customers, aware of planning/execution needs and lead times; and able to manage the flow of information to/from customer team
+ Customer Selling experience with US Consumer Customers

+ Partner with the internal cross-functional resources to effectively develop and deliver KPI?s
+ Analytical support to access opportunities and pro-actively manage obstacles

2. Analytical Support:
+ Provide appropriate diagnostic & analytical support as required by HEB
+ Work with the Sales Insights and Strategy Team to identify emerging trends, key issues and opportunities
+ Aide in developing templates to be used in new product sell-in meetings
+ Lead team with analyzing internal shipment trends to proactively manage the HEB business
+ Utilize syndicated/customer data to ensure sales, share & financial targets are being achieved
+ Provide specific event analysis to team
3. Serve and advance organizational goals and objectives with internal and external customer
+ Develop relationship, joint venture, and have regular contacts with leaders at Revlon and HEB
+ Educate Revlon management on HEB's progress, strategy, and future visions
+ Align and collaborate with all internal team functions to ensure best in class execution of business plan
+ Key Revlon contact for HEB
4. Deliver business plan to meet/exceed financial targets
+ Grow consumption with existing brands
+ Accountable for a rigorous financial (i.e. P&L) process and policies
+ Accountable for minimizing markdowns and returns
+ Managing departmental budget (i.e. T&E, etc.) efficiently to assigned targets
+ Responsible for the tracking of volume and making appropriate business decisions to meet agreed to P&L targets
+ Leads the development of strategic multi-year growth strategies that are customer specific
+ Prioritizes business objectives and initiatives to deliver maximum growth
5. Execute Long Range Planning and annual Joint Business Plans that incorporates Revlon & HEB timelines to ensure maximum execution and volume from joint efforts.
+ Developing long-term, profitable, and sustainable growth across Revlon and HEB's KPI?s
6. Effective management of Company?s Market Development Funds
+ Determines financial needs based on business plans and ROI analysis
+ Analyzes payback on incremental investment required
+ Gains authorization for investment
+ Tracks actual investment vs. plan to ensure budget adherence
+ Processes account claims on an on-going and timely basis
+ Manages the customer P&L to meet objectives set forth by CBD Leadership

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
